CPRT's Signature Projects

For the past 10 years, CPRT has honored Wilbur Marvin's vision of developing Real Estate for a Real Purpose. We've redeveloped urban areas bringing life back into downtown, built sustainable developments that are designed to protect our natural resources and taken on economic development projects designed to build jobs and grow communities. These projects have contributed to the economic well being and overall growth of the communities that we've invested.
