IBM Data Center

The original Downtown offices of the Baton Rouge Advocate had been an abandoned lot overlooking the Mississippi river.  As a result of an innovative partnership between CPRT, the State of LA, and the City of Baton Rouge, IBM brought 800 new high-tech jobs to the capital city with the riverfront development of a new 100,000 sq. feet Data Service Deliver Center.

525 Lafayette

In addition to the IBM Tower, CPRT developed 525 Lafayette, a ten-story luxury residential tower. The ten-story complex has 85 river view apartments.
